1. Scope and operator
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of HEYHEY, including the website, AI assistant, trip-planning tools, saved journeys, public discovery features and related services (the “Service”). The Service is operated by ON-Auto Trading Oy (Business ID 3593483-1), Kotka, Finland. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service as a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection rights under the laws applicable to you remain unaffected.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from our failure to apply reasonable security measures.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract. A minor may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Paid plans and credit purchases must be made by an adult or with an adult’s authorisation.
Google, Facebook and X sign-in are optional authentication methods. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you use them.
3. AI assistant and trip-planning information
HEYHEY is an information and planning tool. AI-generated answers, routes, attractions, opening hours, prices, hotel or restaurant information, weather, border requirements, road conditions, public transport information and EV-charging data may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, HEYHEY is not a travel organiser, booking agent, carrier, insurer, emergency service, medical provider, law firm or financial adviser. A generated route is not a guarantee that a road is open, safe, legal or suitable for your vehicle.
Third-party services and links may be shown for convenience. Any booking or transaction with a third party is governed by that third party’s terms, and we are not a party to that contract unless explicitly stated at checkout.
4. Plans, subscriptions and credits
Available plans, prices, included usage, taxes and billing intervals are displayed before purchase. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.
A recurring subscription renews automatically for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You can stop future renewal through the account or subscription-management page. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Credits are digital usage units for the Service. They are not money, are not transferable and have no cash value. Any expiry or usage restrictions must be shown before purchase. Promotional free messages, credits or trips may be changed or withdrawn for future users, but we will not retrospectively remove paid entitlements without a lawful reason.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it in accordance with mandatory law. If you expressly request immediate delivery or performance of digital content or a digital service, the withdrawal right may be affected only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory remedies for defective digital content or services.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, deceive or harm others, distribute malware, bypass usage limits or security controls, scrape the Service, overload infrastructure, resell access without permission, or attempt to obtain another user’s data. You may not use automated output as the sole basis for decisions that could seriously affect another person.
We may apply reasonable technical limits and suspend access where necessary to protect users, the Service or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
6. User content, trips and public sharing
You retain ownership of text, photos and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, resize, display and transmit that content only as necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Content marked private is intended to be visible only according to the selected privacy setting. Content deliberately shared publicly may be viewed and interacted with by other users. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, personal data of others without a lawful basis, or unlawful or harmful material.
You can request deletion of your content or account, subject to data we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, interface, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to ON-Auto Trading Oy. These Terms give you a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Service. They do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
8. Availability, changes and termination
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, update or modify features for security, legal, technical or commercial reasons. If a change materially reduces a paid service, mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give prior notice.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, missed bookings, route changes, third-party failures or decisions made solely on AI-generated information. Our aggregate contractual liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
The limitations above do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Finnish law, without depriving an EEA consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts in Finland have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law allows proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the Service, law or our business practices change. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
